· Develop and lead the organization’s R&D and digital services roadmap in alignment with business and IT strategies.
· Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., automation, AI, data platforms,
digital channels) to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
· Oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital platforms, application
, and services.
· Collaborate with business units to capture requirements and convert them into effective digital solutions.
· Manage digital transformation initiatives, including process digitization and service
automation.
· Ensure digital solutions comply with IT governance, cybersecurity standards,
and regulatory requirements.
· Lead and mentor R&D and digital services teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
· Manage vendors, partners, and technology service providers to ensure quality delivery
and value for money.
· Monitor performance, adoption, and benefits realization of digital solutions and
recommend enhancements.
