Job Description
Site Planning & Expansion Support
• Assist in evaluating new public and private sites for paid parking feasibility based on GIS analysis and site visits.
• Support in preparing the annual Parking Pavement and Expansion Plan and follow up with implementation milestones.
• Participate in collecting and validating site-level data, usage patterns, and traffic constraints for proposed zones.
Technical Documentation & Project Execution
• Prepare draft technical operation documents, layout maps, and preliminary cost estimates for parking equipment and signage.
• Assist in obtaining internal approvals and follow up on document reviews from relevant teams.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal departments to ensure installation of meters, signs, and camera infrastructure is as per specification.
• Report on implementation progress, obstacles, and completion timelines to the Senior Engineer.
Data Management & System Updates
• Update GIS databases and asset records with new parking zones, installations, and infrastructure changes.
Contribute to post-closure reviews and feedback sessions to enhance future deployment efficiency.
• Report maintenance issues or inconsistencies discovered during field visits to the appropriate team.
Regulatory & Coordination Support
• Support NOC documentation efforts with relevant authorities (e.g., RTA, municipality) for signage, camera poles, and street occupancy.
• Ensure timely submission of NOC-related requests and track their status for follow-up by the Senior Engineer
