Job Description
§Receives and verifies promotion requests to be submitted to promotion committee or final approval.
§Updates the GRP System daily by collecting RTA employees related documents and missing data.
§Handles and prepares different reports related to the Payroll & Benefits section in coordination with the team.
§Monitors the Time & Attendance System and proposes improvements to the processes.
§Assists the section’s team in resolving complex problems and gives recommendations.
§Conducts and presents awareness sessions for RTA employees to educate them about the payroll and employee relations related matters.
§Responds to queries received by telephone and e-mails and takes proper actions.
§Coordinates with (Diwan) with respect to (GRP) system features and updates as required or as per instructions.
§Enhances the methods of the services provided by the Payroll & Benefits section as per the approved processes.
§Participates in the investigation of disciplinary issues and proposes appropriate action.
§Maintains staff confidence and protects payroll actions by keeping information confidential.
§Reviews and verifies any allowances requests received from employees and updates it in the GRP system accordingly.
§Analyzes and enters approved promotion and transfer requests in the GRP system.
§Updates new hire data in the GRP system.
§Modifies and updates Payroll KPI’s, recommends solution when KPI’s are not achieved, and updates the monthly report.
§Maintains employee’s files and ensures all required documents are completed and saved properly.
§Prepares the administration order and circulars issued by HRD as required.
Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Line Manager or Head of Department.
