• Participate in dispute & complaints resolution, refund processing, and the escalation of third-party service provider SLA deviations where required.
• Analyse the complaints and prepare the corrective action plans.
• Participate in issuance of all types of services as per approved procedures and delegations.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements, concession agreements, and system integration requirements.
• Handle customer-related administrative matters and support the resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
• Maintain an integrated, real-time dataset of permits, reservations, and service transactions to support operational transparency and informed decision-making.
• Follows up on parking reservation requests for authorized entities through the MAXIMO system.
• Analyse usage trends, SLA performance, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow up the section’s tasks along with the section manager, organise them and prepare a weekly brief of the pending tasks and status.
• prepare minutes of meeting and organise and review the sections correspondence.
• Identify recurring customer issues across all service lines and recommend policy or operational improvements to address root causes.
Leverage operational insights to recommend service enhancements aligned with customer needs and organizational objectives
